CA Workers Comp Cap Increase for ATL Takes Effect Sept. 1, 2022
Effective September 1, 2022, the California workers compensation cap for above-the-line positions increases to $149,500 annually, or $2,875 per week. (This is an increase from $2,775 per week.)
As a reminder, the cap is applied to payments made to Directors, Producers, Executive Producers, and Talent working or covered for workers compensation in CA.
GreenSlate clients will see this change implemented in the application and applied to payrolls beginning the week of August 29, 2022.
