2022 Film Independent Spirit Awards Client Project Nominees
On December 14th, the nominations for The Film Independent Spirit Awards were announced by Beanie Feldstein, Regina Hall and Naomi Watts.
Returning in-person to the beaches of Santa Monica in 2022 after going virtual due to COVID in 2021, the awards highlight and celebrate movies that meet the Spirit Awards Nominating Committee’s “uniqueness of vision” and “original, provocative subject matter” guidelines and are, for the most part, produced and conceived outside of the Hollywood mainstream. In order to qualify, eligible films have to have budgets of less than $22.5 million.
Winners are selected by members of Film Independent. The Spirit Awards will air on IFC on Sunday, March 6, 2022.

“If you're not using GreenSlate for processing production payroll, then you're not thinking clearly. We run about 10–12 productions a year and have used several of their competitors. I've put off sharing this as I've truly felt they've been a competitive advantage.”
