Pride Month: Celebrating LGBT Representation in Film and TV
June is Pride Month, a celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community. Since 1970, members of the LGBTQIA+ community have gathered together in June for equal rights marches and demonstrations to honor the 1969 Stonewall Riots in New York City.
This Pride Month we are highlighting our client projects that tell authentic LGBTQIA+ stories. These stories range from the hilarious series Work in Progress, about a 45-year-old self-identified fat, queer dyke whose misfortune unexpectedly led her to a transformative relationship, to Oscar Best Picture winner Moonlight, about a young black man grappling with his identity and sexuality while experiencing the everyday struggles of childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. Check out all of our Pride Month picks!

“If you're not using GreenSlate for processing production payroll, then you're not thinking clearly. We run about 10–12 productions a year and have used several of their competitors. I've put off sharing this as I've truly felt they've been a competitive advantage.”
