Required New York Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Every employer in New York State is required to provide employees with sexual harassment prevention training. The New York State sexual harassment training deadline is October 9, 2019.
If your employees haven’t completed their training yet, we can help. Our training solution, which includes videos and questions, meets all state minimum training requirements.
If you're an employee who needs to complete your training, talk to your production or employer about next steps. Employers can visit our Help Center for step by step instructions on how to manage trainings and resources for their employees on how to complete the NYS sexual harassment prevention training.
