2025 Oscars Nominations Full List: Indie Darling 'Anora' Up For Best Picture

The 2025 Oscars nominations have been announced. Emilia Pérez comes in this year as the film with the most total nominations at 13.

GreenSlate client productions racked up a total of 12 Oscar nominations with indie darling Anora scoring six noms, Sing Sing three, A Real Pain two, and A Different Man one.

Yet again the Best Picture Oscar nominations are a reflection of both big and small budget films with seven of the 10 nominations being produced for under approximately $25 million.

Dune Part 2 ($190 million), Wicked ($145 million), and A Complete Unknown ($70 million) top out the Best Picture nomination list as the most expensive.

    Distributors with the most nominations at five and above are Netflix – 16, A24 – 14, Universal – 13, Focus Features – 12, Searchlight – 10, Neon – 7, Mubi – 6, Warner Bros – 5.

It's been a rough start to 2025 for many in the industry because of the LA fires tragedy. So we're happy to take just a moment to celebrate and recognize all the amazing films nominated this year.

Congrats to all the teams behind all the nominated films for the 2025 Oscars!
