At GreenSlate, your production’s success is our mission, so we've outlined the 2024 IATSE Low Budget Theatrical Agreement updates to assist in budgeting, hiring crew, and determining benefits contributions.
Wages increase by 4% year-to-year (effective January 1st, 2024) and vary by tier and position (please reference agreement).
Under the Ultra Low Budget Tier, the minimum wage increases from $13 per hour to $14 per hour.
Please note: The wage scales and working condition provisions of this Agreement shall be minimums and employees shall not be precluded from obtaining “better conditions” as that term is understood in the motion picture industry. Any employee enjoying such better conditions shall not have their wages or working conditions reduced as a consequence of this Agreement.
For individuals employed on Ultra Low and Tier One A and B productions:

Please note: For those jurisdictions not otherwise referenced that have their own benefit plans, the IATSE shall notify the Employer of the allocation of such plans.
